Dear Heavenly Father,
thank you for allowing us the gift of coming here today.
thank you for this church, the people here.
help us remember just how blessed we are
and remind us that you are always there, even when things get difficult.
God, you always love us, no matter what.
help us when we don't understand,
we feel weak or overwhelmed,
or when we try to do things OUR way.
remind us that you give us strength when we need it.
thank you for giving us grace everyday and another chance when we slip up.
as we worship, help everyone here today to listen
and learn with open hearts.
God, you know everyone here. everyone's struggles.
everyone's fears.
the ones who are stressed, lonely, or hurting.
let them know that they are never alone and you are always with them.
God, you also know everyone’s joys.
everyone’s blessings,
everyone’s accomplishments,
and everything they’re thankful for.
help us appreciate the good moments and not take them for granted
because we are never guaranteed tomorrow.
let us celebrate the good things in our lives and give you the glory for them.
